We had the pleasure working with McGann Construction on the East Park Apartments project located at 5601 Fraser Cir, Madison, WI 53718. This project included five buildings and a clubhouse with a total of 290,632 sq ft.

Seasons at Mt. Pleasant
We had the pleasure of working with Fiduciary Real Estate Development on Seasons at Mt. Pleasant which consisted of fourteen 20 unit apartment buildings. RG took on the Finish Carpentry beginning April of 2022 and has now completed the entire project.
Located at 2577 Tullamore St Fitchburg, WI 53711, Irish Fields is a 3 buildings, 2 small buildings, and a clubhouse project with a total of 193, 214 sq ft. The general contractor for this project is McGann Construction.
